Directions
Step #1: With a clean towel (preferably microfiber), wipe fork, shock, and dropper post stanchions clean. In addition to wiping the stanchions, wipe the seals thoroughly and inspect to make sure they are free of any grease, dust or contamination. We also recommend inspecting the seals for cracks or dryness, this is an indication that your suspension and or dropper need to be serviced and Flow may not be the solution you are looking for.

Step #2: Apply a light ring of ride it flow around the base of the stanchion where it meets the seal

Step #3: Actuate (pump) suspension and/or dropper 5-10 times

Step #4: Wipe stanchion(s) and seals unit clean and dry
